Clean, comfortable, limited ammenities

The room, bathroom, general areas were very clean, bed was comfortable, the entire place was well maintained. The things that made it so I would not book again are: 1) the room was small. The only place big enough to put a suitcase was to clear off the lamp etc from the tiny desk (this got a carrry on suitcase) and a chair in the corner. There was a bench but it was so narrow that my regular suitcase could not balance on it. There was no floor area/ path large enough to open a suitcase. 2) No place to get breakfast on site - plus with many condo units on the premise, we woke up to amazing breakfast smells each morning. Even to get a juice or drink, based on what we were told, there is one vending machine on site - on the main floor at the end of a hallway at the back. Ice is down a different area only on the main floor. 3) when I asked if they had any on site spa or massage - I was directed to scan a QR code on a table and told ‘there is massage that is no affiliated with the hotel. You book via that code. After booking, you sit in ‘those chairs’ (chairs off behind reception) and ‘someone’ will come and get you and take you to a room’

Descent, clean, a suite with 2bedrooms- very family friendly, home away from home. Nice mountain view. Exceptional staff services. Requested help with coffee machine, prompt response from 2 different staff. Will lodge again. Highly recommend 👌.

Lodge was nice, all the amenities required in room. Everything was nice and clean. Beds are comfy. We were on the first floor with a cute deck. I will say the hotel is quite noisy, there was a family above us and we could hear the kids running around constantly. Woke us up, didn’t get much sleep!
