Loved the main floor room for games and cards or visit. Didn’t like the tv. Remotes We found them so hard to operate. The staff did help us thankfully and we didn’t miss the Oilers win twice. Go Oilers!

I love hotel lobbies and this hotel's lobby is one of the prettiest I have ever been, you would want to stay there forever!! The views of the rocky mountain were amazing, the family room where we slept felt like home, very spacious and clean. The breakfast bag every morning was superb for a minimal cost and the free cheese and wine on weekends are an absolute plus! Will definitely stay there again, can't stop talking about it with my friends!

The only thing i did not like is that our room was never cleaned. we were told that on the 3rd day our room will be cleaned, towels and sheets will replaced. but it did not happen. the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a great experience. Beds were very comfortable and staff was very friendly. Only downside was, we couldn’t get a room with a balcony as we wanted and paid for. But we booked through Expedia so it’s probably not on the staff. Other than that it was excellent service

Staff at front, polite and professional Ceiling was high, I did like it Breakfast designed very well, but for 5 bucks extra. It could be nicer for free. The room was large enough for me to use my walker. Tub is too high - and toilet was low. Access to the room involved using a 4 stair stairway. For people who have full mobility it is great - but we won't be back.

Very loud traffic noise all night long. Liked the balcony and the tea and coffee stations that are fresh 24/7 cute lobby area and bike rentals. Mattress on one side of the room had seen better days.
