We were a group of 8 people and booked 4 King rooms. Amazing room with a great living area and loft style concept. Hotel had both Hot Tub and Pool which were open till 11pm and gym as well which we did not try. Staff was always courteous and helpful. They had a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby as well with good options.

We have a loft style suit and it was very nice. Yes you can hear the trains but it was no problem . The front desk gave us all the information we needed for our stay and we got a late check out

Good stay overall. Unfortunately, the day that we requested the cleaning service, the room door was left open. We went on a tour at 8 am that morning and came back by 7 pm, so it's impossible to know how long the room remained open for since they left the door lock on. On the good side, nothing went missing. However, we believe guest's privacy and the safety of your belongings in a hotel room must be the number one priority; reason why I felt a little dissapointed. Comments were shared at the FD and we received an apology. I hope they work to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else.

View around the city was beautiful but for the price, the amenities could be better, pool looks very run down. Asked for housekeeping and never received it so we had to survive without towels and clean floors for 2 days. Could be better!
