Located on the third floor of a renowned upscale residence in Cannes, the apartment is part of a 24/7 secured building.

From the entrance hall, access the spacious and light-filled living room, which opens directly onto a large sea-view terrace.

The adjoining open-plan kitchen, also offering sea views, is fully equipped and features a large countertop that doubles as a high dining table for casual meals.
