Sehr schönes Appartment in guter Lage
Dieses schöne Appartment in guter Lage bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Cannes benötigt. Stilvoll eingerichtet, in ruhiger Lage mit einem groĂzĂŒgigen Balkon ist man unweit der Croisette schnell an allen zentralen PlĂ€tzen Cannes' - und das zu FuĂ. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war hervorragend und stets freundlich. Die Ăbergabe der SchlĂŒssel mit einer Zahlenschlossbox lief perfekt. Ich komme immer gerne wieder.

Bel appartement bien situé, dans une résidence calme et récente.
Il serait bien de préciser dans l'annonce qu'il n'y pas d'état des lieux en présentiel.
Néanmoins il conviendrait d'améliorer le ménage, soit:
- dépoussiérer les étagÚres des placards, ainsi que le balcon qui n'avait pas été balayé depuis un moment,
- le sol quand Ă lui, devrait ĂȘtre lessivĂ© et non passĂ© Ă la lingette .
Un protĂšge matelas serait un plus.
Par contre si nous avons choisi cet appartement, c'Ă©tait principalement pour la mise Ă disposition d'un parking qui Ă©tait occupĂ© Ă notre arrivĂ©e, ainsi que plusieurs autres fois durant le sĂ©jour, toujours par le mĂȘme vĂ©hicule qui semblait bien installĂ©.
