La posizione dell'appartamento è centralissima, la padrona di casa Morgane molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento ben rifornito di tutto, anche detersivi per lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Tutto il palazzo avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto gli infissi sono datati. Ci sono stati forniti dei termosifoni elettrici con cui siamo riusciti a riscaldare la casa che è molto grande. L'ascensore non funzionava.
