We had a really nice stay overall and would happily recommend the property.The apartment was very clean, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. The air conditioning was fantastic (very much needed during our stay), and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The beds and bedding were fine and comfortable enough for our stay. Having 2 shower rooms and a toilet downstairs was a real bonus, especially for a group, and the living area was bright, spacious and opened onto a lovely outdoor space. The sofa was incredibly comfortable we even fell asleep on it a couple of times! A couple of small things to note: the full-length mirror is positioned in a slightly awkward place, so we ended up moving one into the living room to use it. The second bedroom is on the smaller side, but perfectly adequate.The property is on a fairly steep road, although it's around a 20-minute downhill walk to the Croisette. Taxis sometimes took a while to arrive, but we were visiting during Cannes Lions, so that was likely due to the event rather than the location.The only thing worth being aware of is that the apartment didn't provide extras like bin bags, washing machine tablets or many spare toilet rolls, so it's worth picking those up in a small supermarket shop when you arrive.Overall, it was a bright, comfortable apartment with great facilities, and we really enjoyed our stay.
