Sehr schöne Lage, nette Vermieter jedoch Schlafsofa durchgelegen und keine LĂŒftung/Fenster in der Toilette. Duschkabinenabzug geht in die KĂŒche; dies fĂŒhrt zu schlechten GerĂŒchen. Lage der Wohnung vorteilhaft.

Vacances trĂšs agrĂ©ables, location parfaite sauf le bruit de la rue heureusement trĂšs maĂźtrisĂ© Ă  l’intĂ©rieur grĂące Ă  la climatisation et aux doubles vitrages. A proximitĂ© de la plage mais un peu loin du centre , mais trĂšs bien desservi par plusieurs bus . Logement fonctionnel et joliment dĂ©corĂ©.

TrÚs bon séjour

Appartement correspondant parfaitement à nos attentes. TrÚs propre. Les lits étaient fait, des serviettes de toilette étaient à notre disposition. La vue du balcon est superbe. La cour fermée permet de sortir mon chien en toute tranquillité et de le laisser courir un peu. Vraiment pas déçues de notre séjour.

Ferienwohnung sehr klein und im schlechten Zustand.

Die FeWo entsprach leider nicht den Bildern. Die WĂ€nde waren an vielen Stellen abgenutzt / beschĂ€digt. Genauso die Herdplatte (Glasplatte). Der GeschirrspĂŒler war defekt und wurde erst gegen Ende unseren Aufenthalts repariert. In der Dusche sind die Fugen ĂŒberwiegend mit Schimmel befallen und dreckig. Die Wohnung hat kein richtiges Bett, sondern nur ein Schlafsofa, welcher den ganzen Wohnraum einnimmt, wenn man ihn aufklappt. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, muss man eine Bahngleise (BrĂŒcke) und eine Hauptstraße ĂŒberqueren. Die Lage der Wohnung an sich war ok. LebensmittelmĂ€rkte und Zentrum waren fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar.

NÀhe zum Meer super, Wohnung liegt an Hauptstrasse darum sehr lÀrmig auf dem Balkon

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. 5 min. vom Meer und 20 min. zu fuss ins Stadtzentrum. Leider liegt die Wohnung an der Hauptstrasse. Auf dem Balkon herrscht reger VerkehrslÀrm. Super nette Vermieterin mit tollem Service

Das erste Objekt in dem wir je mit Wein, Wasser und Saft fĂŒr die Kinder begrĂŒĂŸt wurden. Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und hat uns noch ĂŒber WhatsApp auf das Feuerwerk am ersten Abend hingewiesen. Das Apartment ist sehr durchdacht aufgeteilt mit genĂŒgend Stauraum. Souquet, die Croisette und Wandermöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Super schöner Pool und herrlicher Strand!

Remettons les choses Ă  leur place. Appartement spacieux neuf : NON il daterait des annĂ©es 70 maxi Immeuble sans vĂ©ritable ascenseur car celui-ci dessert des demi-Ă©tages. Donc si vous avez du mal Ă  monter les escaliers, ce n'est pas pour vous ! Appartement vieillot avec Ă©normĂ©ment de dĂ©fauts de peinture, plaque vitrocĂ©ramique cassĂ©e, pas de VMC, chambre "palmier" : c'est plutĂŽt un coin cabine de 3 m2 sans fenĂȘtre, sommier du clic-clac trĂšs lĂ©ger mĂȘme si on nous dit qu'il est neuf ! Appartement calme et bien situĂ© : NON bruit incessant de voiture tout le temps car avenue Ă  proximitĂ©. Le centre de Cannes est plutĂŽt Ă  2 Km et non 1 comme annoncĂ©. Appartement avec garage et piscine : NON en rĂ©alitĂ©, la piscine et le garage sont dans un autre immeuble Ă  300 m de l'appartement en traversant l'avenue trĂšs passante. Donc pas possible de laisser un jeune enfant y aller seul. si vous voulez des photos, pas de problĂšme, on en a ! Et celles-ci ne sont pas retouchĂ©es ...
