Situation ideale

La localisation est ideale pour son calme (terrasse magnifique) et sa proximite du littoral en vélos (electriques, la remontee necessite une assistance si l'on n'est pas sportif).Magalie et Thierry sont tres sympas, nous les remercions leurs excellents conseils.

Agréable séjour pendant le Festival de Cannes

Nous sommes restées 5 jours pendant le Festival de Cannes. Magali est une très bonne hôtesse, toujours attentive à nous. La maison est très jolie et elle a une très belle sur la ville et la mer. En plus on a adoré le petit hôte poilu, Lazar le petit chien. Les petits inconvénients qu’on a rencontré ont été que les toilettes sont presque collés au lit, la porte ne ferme pas bien, la wifi ne marche que sur la terrasse et pas de bon réseau à l’intérieur. Et puis concernant les transports en commun il y a un arrêt de bus à côté mais qui passe très peu de fois dans la journée, on a dû donc marcher 20 minutes environ jusqu’à un arrêt de bus mieux desservi. En tout cas on a passé un très bon séjour!

Très bel endroit. Pour moi, il manque un canapé-lit.

joli endroit avec belle terrasse avec vue plongeante sur la mer. Par contre, je pensais que la chambre était fermée mais non. Je pensais aussi qu'il y avait un canapé-lit puisqu'il il y avait la télévision mais il n'y en avait pas. Très bien pour un couple ; dommage de partager le même lit quand l'autre personne ronfle ; quand il y a un canapé-lit dans une autre pièce, on peut dormir plus tranquille. Sinon, bon accueil de la propriétaire avec une boisson offerte avant le départ.

Idéal pour un séjour à deux

Cannes est une ville très étendue, pour qui cherche un bon compromis en retrait de l’agitation de la croisette, cet location est un bon choix, pour un tarif raisonnable. L’endroit est calme même si quelques passage d’avion de tourisme ou d’affaire lorsqu’on est à l’exterieur (impossible d’y échapper dans la partie ouest de Cannes). Si on cherche une amélioration, on pourra noter l’équipement à renouveler en poêle pour la cuisine. Sinon, vraiment très bien. à noter, arrêt de bus tout proche pour le centre ville ce qui est pratique pour éviter de prendre la voiture tous les jours. Les hôtes ont été de bon conseil (localisation du marché, choix de restau, …). Merci beaucoup.

Séjour parfait au calme. Tres joli, propre l'appart avec beau terrace et l'entrence privé. Le bus est proche et on peux descendre directement dans le centre de la cité.

Un lieu idéal pour visiter la région

Le studio est petit mais très fonctionnel. Les propriétaires, qui demeurent à côté, sont très serviables, toujours à l'écoute en cas de questions ou sollicitations. La localisation permet un séjour au calme avec vue splendide sur la mer tout en étant proche (en voiture : pratiquement indispensable) tant des plages que de nombreux jolis coins de la région. Petit conseil :précisez bien d'avance les modalités d'arrivée

Wunderbar!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung! Die Gegend ist traumhaft und der Blick über die Stadt unfassbar schön! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit vorallem aber auch offen und herzlich. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Auf dem Gelände wohnt ein Hund, der uns in der kurzen Zeit ebenfalls sehr ans Herz gewachsen ist :) Von dem Apartment ist sowohl die Stadt als auch die umliegende Gegend aus gut zu erkunden. Lediglich das Wlan war ein bisschen schwach und der Fernseher hatte nur französische Programme , das macht aber nichts , da die Gegend eh viel zu schön ist um nur drin zu sein :) Das Appartement ist sauber und hat alles , was man für eine Woche braucht. Ein Parkplatz für unser Auto wurde uns stets frei gehalten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur empfehlen! Merci an unsere Gastgeber!

perfect appartment with very friendly hosts

The appartment is clean, modern and very close to everything you need (supermarket, beach). It is located in a very save area of the city. Our vacation here was just perfect- the hosts are very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this appartment to couples or young families who want to pass a quiet and chilled out time. If we plan to make vacation one more time in Cannes will will for sure choose this apparment again :-)

Très bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné du 16 au 23 août 2014 dans ce studio. la description et l'équipement était conforme a ce qui était annoncé. Bon accueil des propriétaires, qui nous on très bien conseillés pour nos activités ainsi qu'une très belle sortie en bateau sur l'île marguerite et Honora ou le soleil et la rigolade était au rendez-vous. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location.

Location totalement conforme au descriptif. Propriétaires très très agréables et sympathiques, n'hésitant pas à rendre service et à conseiller pour les sorties dans la région. Vue imprenable. Location parfaite, extrêmement propre. Tout était parfait et c'est la raison pour laquelle nous avons d'emblée reloué pour novembre 2013. Sans oublier le chien Paco, qui est très attachant.
