Beautifully Landscaped Villa

We had a lovely time staying at Villa Tsavorite! The host Jean-Marc was super, and met my parents and got them checked in and had a drink together. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We used the pool almost every day as it's a decent walk up hill from town, so a great way to cool off before dinner. We also had a BBQ and had a few meals out on the patio. The landscaping is wonderful!

Wonderful Memories and Hosts!

We enjoyed a great holiday at Villa California - Pezou. We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children (ages 6 mons to 7 yrs). The gated villa is located in a beautiful residential neighbourhood a short walk from the centre of Cannes. The layout of the villa and room sizes were perfect for our group. The public areas accommodated all the differing needs of our family, with 4 double bedrooms, a large central dining area, a comfortable adult sitting room, a separate light and airy lounge downstairs, and a further living room area upstairs. The kitchen was well-equipped to cope with cooking for our large group. We spent much of our time in the front patio and pool areas. The youngsters never left the pool and 2 of them were swimming unsupported within a couple of days of our arrival. Our hosts, Jean-Marc and Sylvia, were exceptionally helpful and provided a wealth of info about local amenities (as well as a generous welcome package!). They were so accommodating and it was clearly important to them that we enjoyed our stay at the villa. We would highly recommend this villa to families or other groups visiting the area. Fantastic home in Cannes

Great home with good space for a group of big family. Location is ideal, very close to all exciting places to visit in Cannes. If you are coming to the Cannes Festival / Lions this is an ideal place. The hosts Sylvia et Jean-Marc were very helpful and kind with us. We will come back again!

Perfect holiday

We had a lovely holiday and that you so much to Jean-Marc and Sylvia. The house is amazing with a lovely pool and a great location for a short walk into Cannes. We hope to return again soon.

Amazing villa in perfect location

Our family of 5 (2 adultes and 3 kids ages 9, 12 and 15) decided to take a quick break from Colorado and come to Cannes during fall break. We were lucky to find this rental. You can’t beat the location: a short 15min walk to the Croisette, and easy access to all convenient stores (bakery, grocery store, etc..). The setting of the villa is also prefect, in a quiet neighborhood, and with the villa facing South, perfect sun exposure. The pool is big and was perfect for our family. I noticed that all bedrooms have AC, which we didn’t need in October, but would definitely be a plus in the summer! And finally, Jean Marc and Sylvia were fantastic hosts. They responded very quickly to all inquiries, and were so kind and friendly. We were greated with a bottle of champagne and a bottle of rosé, and fresh flowers throughout the house! Definitely planning on coming back next summer!!

Had a lovely peaceful stay in this villa. The pool was lovely and the planting around this and the patio area make it all look very pretty. With ample sitting and loungers outside we could spread out and find our own little corners. The same could be said for the inside of the villa with several areas to relax in. The air-con in the bedrooms was a blessing as it was very hot during our stay. The villa was perfect and well equipped with everything we needed. Location wise, we couldn't have asked for more with 15 - 20min walk into the centre of Cannes. Be prepared though as it's uphill on the way back. J-Marc and Sylvia are lovely and nothing was too much. Would highly recommed. Kim

Wonderful Villa, wonderful hosts and wonderful memories!

We had a great time time at this beautiful villa. It was spotlessly clean, lovely fresh flowers in the main rooms and even wine in the refrigerator. Jean Marc and Sylvia went out their way to make our stay trouble free and comfortable. We were traveling with our grand daughter from Paris and Jean Marc was so nice and picked us up at the train station. Sylvia also took us to the grocery store so we could stock up on food for the baby. What thoughtful and kind people! This has been the best experience we have ever had at a home rental!

Everything I was hoping for.

The house and the stay lived up to everything I could expect. The family loved it. We were a party of six all together. If I would have any remarks, it would be the fan on the pool heater that is placed near the pool. It is notable and there comes a point where It gets pretty annoying to have to listen to all day. And also you should know about the church bell on the church right next door is announcing it's presence every 30 minutes of the day( only during the day from morning till 10pm). I find it charming, but I can also sleep through an earthquake. But regardless of that, I will gladly recommend this place.

It is a beautiful, comfortable and convinient house

When we arrived at the house, I was absolutely shocked by the beauty of the house, the garden and the pool. It is within a quiet private development. We could see the tower of Chapelle Berlini from our house, which rings beautifully. The house is so much more spacious than the pictures show. So is the garden. I think we could park at least 5 cars. The house looks traditional from outside, but the landlord added a modern twist when they renovated it. The openness of the rooms and the beautiful and comfortable furniture are all so well presented. You have everything you need in the kitchen. The supermarket and the local town centre are only 10 minutes walk away. The train station is about 15 minutes. The sea front is about 20 minutes walk. We had BBQ almost every evening using the hug gas BBQ in the front garden by the pool. Having dinner on the big dinner table in front of the pool was the highlight of our day. The weather was beautiful. The pool was very warm. We have a soak in the pool everyday. The landlord and landlady are so friendly, they welcomed us when we arrived and saw us off when we left. We received several presents from them include the lovely croissants. They even provided travel books in several languages. We will definitely go back again! The pictures definitely don't justify the beauty and luxuriousness of the property. Jean-Marc and Sylvia are so kind and friendly. Yi

Just beautiful

We returned yesterday from a one week stay at La Tsavorite. The villa is amazing and is a perfect place to stay whilst visiting Cannes and the surrounding areas. As a party of 7 (4 adults/3children) the villa was everything we needed. We paid for the pool to be heated and the kids spent a majority of their time in there, whilst the adults relaxed. Sylvia and Jean Marc were amazing hosts and we really love their attention to every detail in the villa. I cannot recommend this villa enough!

The most perfect villa

I stayed at Villa Tsavorite for 1 week with my girlfriend in the beginning of July. When I tell you we had the most amazing time in this villa I’m not lying. Everything from the service with Sylvia and Jean-Marc to the amazing pool, bedrooms and bathrooms was beyond our expectations. I could highly recommend renting this villa to everyone considering it!

Our favorite vacation spot yet

We spent a week at Villa Tsavorite in June 2025, and it exceeded all our expectations. The villa is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures, and the hosts, Sylvia and Jean Marc, were incredibly generous and helpful throughout our stay.Spending time by the pool was so relaxing that we rarely wanted to leave the villa. We managed perfectly fine without a car, it’s just a 20-minute walk to both the beach and the grocery store.We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future!

Wonderful for family gathering!

This villa in Cannes was so perfect for us that I almost want to keep it a secret! We were 10 people, 4 kids; 3 girls aged 10 sleeping together in one king size bed and our 8 year old boy alone on the sleeping couch just outside the bedrooms. Each adult couple had a comfortable large bed. Easy to regulate the temperature in each bedroom. All facilities worked without problems the whole week. It is located about 10 minutes walk to nearest grocery store, bakery the same. But we didn’t mind a morning stroll to pick up fresh bread. A really quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Beautiful chapel Bellini located just outside the property. Probably a good idea to have a rental car if you want to get around easy, especially if you want to go outside of Cannes. We took the train to Antibes which also worked fine. Great communication with owners. Highly recommend villa TSAVORITE!

Un petit coin de Paradis

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez nos hôtes Sylvia et Jean Marc. La villa est spacieuse et bien aménagée, le jardin méditerranéen est joliment arboré, quand à la piscine chauffée c’est le top ! Et tout ceci dans le calme d’un parc résidentiel. Nous avons fait un très bon choix et en sommes ravis.

Fantastisk hus med god beliggenhet

To familier med 5 voksne barn, totalt 9 personer. Flott funksjonelt og godt vedlikeholdt hus med deilig basseng og fine fasiliteter, som AC i alle soverom, som var veldig nødvendig i varmen! Kort vei til baker, matbutikk og sentrum av Cannes. Vi ble tatt godt imot av Sylvia og Jean-Marc som viste oss huset. De var også veldig hjelpsomme under oppholdet og hjalp oss da vi hadde behov for deres hjelp. Tusen takk også for hyggelig oppmerksomhet ved ankomst og avreise. super Rückzugspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden aber auch um dort zu relaxen

Das Objekt ist exakt wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Tolle Lage in Cannes. Gastgeber sehr herzlich und super von der Kommunikation. Hat uns großartige Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Unbedingt sollte man das kostenfreie Museum ggü besuchen. Der Künstler, der dort ausgestellt wird, ist auch Architekt des Hauses gewesen. Wenn wir wieder kommen, dann unbedingt wieder hier rein. Merci!

Superbe propriété, correspondant en tous points à la description.Très bon accueil de Sylvia et Jean Marc, bonne disponibilité,répondant à toutes les demandes et d'une extrême gentillesse. la maison est grande, belle et propre.Piscine très agréable et sécurisée pour les enfants par un fond intérieur moins profond.Nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire,surtout que j'avais deux bébés qui ont eu chacun un lit, merci d'avoir pensé à eux! le quartier est splendide,proche de la croisette, de la plage et des commerces...Vivement les prochaines vacances!!!!

Un énorme merci à sylvia&jean-marc pour votre excellent acceuil,sympathie,gentillesse,sourire, on a passé un magnifique séjour dans la villa « la tsavorite »propre bien entretenue,bien équipée de l’intérieur à l’extérieur,le jardin et la piscine sont splendides , et je tien a préciser que le poisson de « Mr David « que vous nous avez conseillé était succulent :), :) Merci aussi pour vos petites attentions à l’arrivée et au départ.et nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation A très bientôt Mr et Mme:Aguercif nous reviendrons sans doute

Formidables vacances à la Tsavorite Cannes

Un grand merci à Sylvia et Jean-Marc pour leur très bon accueil et leurs nombreuses attentions. Nous avons passénun merveilleux séjour dans la villa Tsavorite pleine de charme, très fonctionnelle et bien entretenue. Toute la Famille s’est sentie comme à la maison... Le jardin et la piscine sont splendides avec une superbe vue sur La Chapelle Bellini. La situation géographique est privilégiée : aucune nuisance sonore et pas de vis à vis. Génial

Super séjour à la Tsavorite entre amis. La maison est très agréable, climatisée et très bien equipée. La piscine est exposée du matin au soir. Nous étions 10 et vraiment à l’aise dans la maison. Merci encore Jean-Marc et Sylvia pour vitre accueil, vos disponibilités et vos petites attentions à l’arrivée et au départ.
