Just two blocks from Historic Downtown Cañon City, you have easy access to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores, as well as the scenic Arkansas River Walk, the Royal Gorge Railroad, and Skyline Drive. You'll enjoy year-round mountain biking, hiking or trail running on nearby trail systems. The iconic Royal Gorge Bridge and Park and other popular attractions are less than a 20-minute drive away. This is a cozy and modern space with one bedroom, one bath, and an open living room/kitchen/dining room area. Ideal for individuals, couples, or a couple of good friends!

Off-street parking for one car with additional on-street parking available.

A perfect base for exploring Cañon City, the local trails, the abundance of attractions, and the entire Royal Gorge region.
