The hotel is in a nice location, although the walk from the carpark is mildlly inconvenient especially with bags. The hotel is clean and looks new. The rooms are everything you would expect from the chain and the staff were all friendly. The facilities at the hotel were good and the fitness room is well equiped. The only negatives were the cost of the carparking and the food the pizza in evening was nice enough considering it was made begind the bar. The breakdlfadt was average at best.

My wife’s birthday

Had a two day stay at this hotel for my wife’s birthday, the staff were very nice and friendly the hotel was very clean and modern and the buffet breakfast was very tasty you can even make fresh waffles too. I will definitely be returning as two days wasn’t long enough to enjoy all that Canterbury has to offer.

Very conveniently placed hotel to see the attractions in Canterbury. Very quiet at night with a comfortable room & good hearty breakfast - a good choice of food the staff were very friendly & helpful

Around 176 rooms all cleaned every day. Includes good breakfast. Easy parking in nearby multi-storey, but expensive. Only minus was the toilet rolls were very thin paper! Otherwise brilliant.
