There was a huge parking debacle when we arrived, no one at the reception desk, except for two kiosks that said in big words “out of order”. Then we were told in order to park there we needed a UK telephone number and we are from the US so that wasn’t possible. The signs in the parking area were ambiguous and not helpful at all… And all the trash and rubbish in that area was particularly offputting. It took about 35 minutes to actually find someway to park and check into the room. When we tried to order dinner from the menu in the room we were told only about seven options were available off of the entire menu. We weren’t told ahead of time that the rooms would not be serviced unless we requested it so on our second day we were careful to requested, but the next day we were told they were busy cleaning the second floor and would not get to ours. No service. Shameful.
