Immersa nel verde delle campagne Lucchesi, casa rustica di 90 mq circa, completamente ristrutturata, arredata, sviluppata su tre livelli, piano terra zona giorno, comprensiva di angolo salotto e cucina con caminetto a legna completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici, piano primo, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e lavatrice, piano secondo seconda camera matrimoniale con servizio privato e terza e ultima camera doppia, con un totale di 6 posti letto., tutti gli ambienti interni della casa sono caratterizzati dalla romantica finitura toscana in legno, cotto e pietra.
La casa è situata all'interno di una corte privata tipica toscana, è corredata da ampio giardino circa 600 mq completamente recintato e lontano da occhi indiscreti, ideale per una vacanza in relax , all'interno della proprietà si sviluppa una piscina interrata dimensioni 12 x 6 ml (OBBLIGATORIO SORVEGLIANZA BAMBINI) ad uso esclusivo che vi permetterà momenti di piacevole rilassamento nel periodo di vacanza, zona barbecue con tavolo per pranzi e cene all'aperto, completano la proprietà due posti auto ad uso esclusivo immediatamente prospicenti l'ingresso.
