Les points positifs : l'emplacement tout d'abord, proche de la plage et de la forêt, un centre ville accessible facilement en vélo. La procédure d'arrivée et la communication avec le gérant très fluide. Les points négatifs : li s'agit d'une maison coupéee en deux locations mitoyennes, à l'insonnorisation inexistence. Nous avons eu la malchance d'avoir de jeunes voisins qui ont fait la fête durant deux nuits complètes.... La maison a par ailleurs besoin d'un serieux raffraichissement : odeur d'humidité persistante surtout dans la chambre qui est dans un cabanon à l'extérieur, baie vitrée qui ne peut pas s'ouvrir, tiroirs de cuisine cassés. La décoration et les équipements sont très "cheap". l'extérieur est globalement agréable mais avec un gazon en plastique. En résumé, une prestation qui n'est pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.
