Port Canaveral with all its great restaurants is a 5 minute drive, walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier, and local amenities, shopping, and dining are very nearby; 45 minutes to Orlando Airport and 1 hour from Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, or any other Theme park in Orlando. Kennedy Space Center, and its attractions are just a 20 minutes drive away, but launches can literally be seen from the house or from the beach 2 minutes walk away.
