They were updating the rooms and oart of the pool area. Was all under control and did not impact our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. We would stay again.

A lot missing - including running wster

The property layout is CONFUSING and it needs better elevator arrangements. Had to drive to parking and haul our luggage to the building and up the stairs. We are in our 70s, not handicapped, but it was was an ordeal to get settled in - and then reverse it a day later

The hotel has a ton of potential! Looks like at one time it was a very nice place to stay but the grass was dirt. The cement was broken and could hurt someone.

The best hotel in Cocoa Beach

My name is Donna Davis and I came here to work and to relax, and you have an amazing staff. They are very kind. The hotel is extremely eco-friendly and clean. The food is excellent because I have allergies and they have cater to my every need. I will definitely be coming back And I would highly recommend it to anyone the front desk the staff, the security, the business opportunities. Great Resort! Large property with big pools!

Great resort for active families. Less than 2 miles from port Canaveral. I was just there to pick up family members from a Disney cruise. Only thing to top off stay would be if they had a free continental breakfast.
