The internet at this property was spotty at best. In this day and age, internet connectivity is important. Also it was my fault for not looking more closely at the property description, but this hotel is more like a very upscale motel - rooms open to outdoors. Not my preferred hotel style. However, it is a very clean and well maintained property. Staff was friendly.

The front desk staff are rude and have no customer service. The “manager” has no customer service skills! Mostly blame the rude staff on how Radisson wants things done!!! Don’t ask any questions. The only answer you will get is, “I don’t know!!” There is no, “Sorry I don’t have an answer for that question, please wait will I find someone that can answer your question.” There are no microwave in the rooms. Another Radisson new standard!

The staff members were very kind and helpful for our first family cruise trip. They booked our transportation to our cruise ship and provided parking for our vehicle. It was very smooth and convenient. Will come back again for our next cruise ship!

We stayed here for one night while we were waiting to board our cruise and in the middle of the night my wife woke up with bites all over her body. We found bed bugs and brought it to the attention of the management. They moved our room and offered a refund and to wash all of our clothes for free. While they were able to address those concerns, it was rough waking up 2 young kids in the middle of the night and moving them to a new room which we were not sure didn't have any bed bugs. This occured on August 3rd 2025. Definitely won't be staying here again.
