We stayed at this property in 2024 and based on that experience, decided to rent again in 2026. Big mistake. The property has deteriorated in the past 2 years due to lack of over site from the host and property manager. The pictures on the Vrbo site do not reflect the current condition of the home. The ammenities listed, while there, are in horrible condition. If you want to stay in Cape Coral, my recommendation is to look elsewhere.

We had a great time! The property is clean and well maintained. All amenities included in the listing were available for our use. Camelot Park is a couple blocks away offering pickleball, kids playground, and a walking trail. Rumrunners is also nearby!

Great Stay!

We had a three month rental and really loved the property. Taylor clearly wanted to make our stay enjoyable and answered all questions quickly. A few minor, normal, house issues arose and they were resolved immediately. Taylor is a renters dream owner/manager. Neighbors are nice too. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet get-a-way.

Beautiful vacation home and the location is great to get to the Florida beaches.

Loved this beautiful vacation home! It’s very big and open space. We had a wonderful stay and the grocery store was just a couple of minutes away. We went to several beaches ( Sanibel, Captiva, & Marco Island). We had a very enjoyable stay. The property manager was quick to respond if we had questions. Our overall experience was great! I’d definitely come back next year.

The house is well kept . The property manager has thought of everything. This is a lovely home for a couple or a family.. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping & restaurants.
