Blue Seas is a large four bedroom with den and three full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable NW Cape. The home is centrally located within minutes to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.

Blue Seas features unique beach décor; with a split floor plan, two living rooms, a den and a formal as well as nook dining space. The home is fitting for an extended family with two rooms featuring king size beds, a guest room with a full bed, across from a twin bedroom with space for 2 and a den featuring a sleeper couch.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests possibly 10 (including the sleeper couch) with this comfortable set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and plenty of space to spread out. Most of the windows and sliders facing the lanai will give you plenty of light giving you the feeling of a true Florida lifestyle.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the living room and nook area, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying the piece.
