This Pinnacle Builder Property features 3 bedrooms and office as well as 2 bathrooms of which one serves as a convenient pool bathroom. The property has a very open and spacious floor plan. When entering the double front entry doors one is greeted by 26 ' trey volume ceilings, a good size living room, open kitchen and dining room. There are 2 sliding glass doors that lead out to the screened in lanai and under truss sitting area. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dual sinks as well as a walk in shower is located on the left side of the property. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet. There is a sliding glass door from the master bedroom that leads out to the lanai and pool area. The two guest bedrooms are located on the right side of the property, each with large closets, and they share a bathroom. The guest bathroom also serves conveniently as a pool bathroom. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo as well as a sink. The swimming pool is a salt water pool, features color changing LED illumination and is electrically heated. The pool area also has an outdoor shower to rinse off. Relax pool side on the comfortable loungers and make the most of the outdoor living space that Carpe Diem has to offer. This properties backyard is equipped with a privacy fence which is located on the property line.
