Need Pool Time? The lanai and outdoor heated saltwater pool is enclosed for year-round enjoyment, accessed from the main living room. the property has large palm hedges for added privacy.

Ready to Relax and get some sun in the poolside loungers or when evening cools off enjoy the gas firepit with rocking chairs or the outdoor sectionals.

Need some fun: Play some darts and get your game on or enjoy a wonderful game of cornhole

The outside lanai has additional seating and a dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals in a tropical setting. Want to cook on the grill? The gas griddle is easily accessible from the lanai.

Your home away from home is a quick 20-30 minutes to beaches and marinas for the fishing enthusiast....just remember during peak season to leave a little early for traffic. There are 4 golf courses within 20 minutes of the property.

The space:
This 3-bedroom 2 bath single family home has all the amenities of home. Includes a heated saltwater pool, 2-car garage, Wi-Fi and large screen televisions in each bedroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite master bath and a king size bed. Bedroom two has a large closet and king size bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. The open concept living area features vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has all the tools necessary to make home cooked meals and all the appliances are stainless steel. The washer and dryer are in a separate laundry room accessed from the kitchen. The lanai is equipped with patio furniture, a large glass patio table and umbrella. There is a charcoal grill as well as a Blackstone outdoor griddle for cooking along with a mini refrigerator to keep drinks cold while playing darts or cornhole.

Guest access:
This is a free -standing single family home with attached 2-car garage, guests have full access to the home via keyless entry.

There are electric hurricane shutters available in the event of high winds.
The house has solar power.

Beautiful home and amazing pool area, all the comforts of home. Andrea and Tim are amazing host who literally thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Even our little dog Buck had a great time and was spoiled with special treats just for him. I definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to visit again.

This place is amazing plenty of room for a family we only needed 2 rooms because it was just my wife and i and our 16 month old daughter. We loved how close it was to fort myers too
