This property has everything you will want to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida area. This home is on a canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, and beyond. A fisherman's ideal location. Near Sanibel and Captiva Islands by boat or car and close to restaurants, entertainment and shops. For the boaters, there is a dock where you can tie up your boat with water and electric at the dock. Please let us know if you plan to tie a boat up on the property. Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach beckon! Quiet and relaxing

It was pleasant and relaxing. There was a smell in the house and the second bathroom bath tub needs some repairs. Overall nice.

Great house. Large, well-equipped and very nice. The AC was not working when we arrived, but it was repaired by the owner immediately. We enjoyed our stay.
