The beautiful Villa Sunset home features modern furnishings, stylish kitchen and comfortable outdoor décor. Primary bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen smart TV and private bathroom. Two guest bedrooms one with a queen bed, the other with 2 single beds and a shared guest bathroom between them. In additional a Den with a sleeper for two persons, sleeping a total of 8 guests in this home.
Family room with a flat screen TV and comfortable leather couches. Breakfast Counter and formal dining for all to enjoy a meal. Large outdoor dining table and lounge seating under covered roof and screened lanai to relax and soak up the outdoors. Removable child safety pool fence, BBQ grill, and bicycles provided for guest use.
