Welcome to your perfect Cape Coral getaway! Our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for relaxation, adventure, and family fun. Unwind by the private pool, or head indoors to enjoy the pool table and collection of games that guarantee entertainment for everyone. Take the bikes for a ride to explore the scenic surroundings, or head to one of the many nearby golf courses with our clubs or your own. Local beaches, dining, and shopping are only a short drive away!
Dogs are welcome with approval ($100 fee). Please inquire!
Early check-in fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)
Late check-out fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)
The pool can be heated up to 85 degrees at no extra cost. If you would like the pool warmer than 85 degrees, there is an additional fee ($15/day).
A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days of the checkout date, provided no damages or additional charges are assessed.
Due to owner allergies, we are not accepting cats at this time.
