You and your guests will love this magnificent Sunny Home in Paradise! Exceptionally clean, quiet and very well appointed, this property has everything you and your family " children welcome" will need to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida area. This home is on a wide canal and with beautiful boat ride alongside a natural preserve to the river, the Gulf of Mexico and beyond... Near Sanibel and Captiva Islands by boat or car and close to restaurants, entertainment and shops. The foyer opens into the lovely great room with views of the pool and canal through the Lanai sliders. This home includes three bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen nook, and a large kitchen with pantry, large master bedroom with sliding doors out to the lanai and electric heated pool. The master bath has a separate tub and shower and a walk in closet. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and the laundry room is just off the kitchen with a large pantry. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood in one of the most desirable areas of SW Cape Coral. For the boaters, there is a wrap around dock where you can tie up your boat with water and electric at the dock. While boating, the entire way out you will be passing through some of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Cape Coral past huge waterfront houses and impressive boats, beautiful manicured lawns and impressive gardens. It's amazing to find such solitude right next to such magnificent neighborhoods! Sanibel Island beckons boaters and car owners. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. We’ve been travelling tomorrow America for over 30 years and this villa joins top with a few others….its everything we wanted it to be very clean comfy beds really lovely….. we’d booked for 5 adults but ended up only 3 of us …. The villa has loads room even for 6 adults plenty of everything u need….. beach chairs n brollies pool noodles n kids toys for pool ……we’d stopped at Walmart on route n bought supplies but never needed loo rolls for whole week they were there cupboards had spices salt n pepper there were bottled water in fridges laundry soap etc so if u can manage to check what u need first…… the view out back was exceptional but was very very quiet while we were there…. We’re not boat people and I was looking forward to seeing boats going by but think all the rich owners must have been away somewhere else as never seen hardly anyone and not one of the boats moved lol but had a fab time pool was huge and really appreciate all the effort to make our stay enjoyable thankyou so much for letting us use ur amazing home
