This charming Florida villa impresses with its location and facilities, with everything that you do not want to do without on your vacation. All bedrooms provide cable TV, the living area Smart-TV with NETFLIX. There are new loungers on the terrace, new lanai furniture and many little things that make your stay even more relaxing. The solar pool heating is ecological and protects your wallet. Quiet and very centrally located, just a few minutes from Cape Coral Downtown, Villa Catalina Isles is in a very good American neighborhood.

Let yourself be pampered by the Florida sun on the south-facing property with pool deck and find pleasant cooling in the large pool. The pool is now solar heated. The boat deck is also equipped with sun loungers and chairs.

Let your thoughts dangle in this wonderful atmosphere on the water under palm trees. The villa is furnished in a Florida style. All three bedrooms have king-size beds, cable TV and flat screens. The villa is south facing on the wide (200 ft) canal and offers boat lovers the possibility to reach the Caloosahatchee River within minutes. In the Gulf of Mexico and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva with your dream beaches, it is only a stone's throw away.

Cape Coral is easily accessible from anywhere in the world through Fort Myers International Airport. By car you are in your villa-in-time in about 30 minutes. Nearby you will find all shops and are quick to downtown Cape Coral or Fort Myers by car. Depending on the traffic, the most beautiful beaches can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
The on-site property management will also help you if there is a problem with the local language. The team speaks German.

A short distance away, on Del Prado Blvd., 'Bread Pete' has its bakery. Peter is German and makes really good bread, rolls and cakes.

Of course, I would also like to mention the various malls and outlets - the location of the villa means that you can quickly get to Fort Myers and the malls by car. It's really worth it!

Place had great location and was true to description. Only feedback was we were unable to locate toilet paper, there was a HUGE Rip in the outdoor pool next which allowed bugs to get through and there was a HUGE cockroach located in spare bedroom!

Good sized property, well equipped and fabulous location, despite the Florida rainstorms! Had good communication with the owner and managers. It’s a shame that we couldn’t have stayed there longer.

Perfect beautifull relaxation

Loved our stay at the Villa Catalina Isles. Perfect sunsets and sunrises to be seen from the south turned outdoor area with great view over the canal. The patio down by the water was our favorite spot for card games or just some quiet time in the sun. We rented the Kayaks which gave the four of us (wife, husband and our 2 daughters) some real nice trips down the water. The inside was spacious, clean and practical, had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice: a dead-end road, a nearby playground and good restaurants within walking distance. The home owner was very helpful, caring and only an email away. Would love to return and would gladly recommend this home to others.

Einfach wunderbar!

Diese wunderschöne Villa hat alles zu bieten was das Herz eines Urlaubers begehrt! Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist fantastisch ausgestattet. Und der Blick auf den Pool mit dem Kanal davor… einfach himmlisch! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und Familie Janssen war bei unseren Fragen sehr hilfreich. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Und hoffentlich bis bald ☺️

Das Haus hat nicht nur eine super Lage, sondern ist einfach ein Traum fĂźr die ganze Familie! Ich kĂśnnte Ăźber alles nur in hohen Lobworten sprechen von der Raumaufteilung, Ăźber eine tolle Betreuung vor Ort, oder die Sauberkeit die nicht zu Ăźberbieten ist......aber lieber nicht, denn dann bekommen wir nachher keinen freien Mietzeitraum mehr....Ein toller Urlaub wo keine WĂźnsche Ăźbrig bleiben. Vielen Dank dafĂźr!

Wahrlich eine Traumlage!

Das Haus ist Spitzenklasse, es fehlt bei der Ausstattung an nichts! Der Poolbereich ist Extraklasse, unser Aufenthalt hat sich eigentlich nur dort abgespielt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr wertig und geschmackvoll, es hat uns sehr gefallen!
