NEW HOME - Completed November 2023. This home has a highly desired southern exposure and a fantastic location in beautiful SW Cape Coral, FL. You can explore the fabulous beaches of nearby Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva, dine at first class restaurants, golf at courses for every level of expertise, and enjoy a variety of shopping and entertainment activities. In addition, Fort Myers or Punta Gorda airport are just a 30-minute drive from this home.

Whether you are looking for a quiet, relaxing get away, or an exciting, adventurous vacation, this home provides a great location to access it all.

This newly built home is located on the canal water system with easy access to the gulf (future boat dock is planned). There are large patio doors that open in two directions for an open and inviting atmosphere from the indoor living area to the lanai and pool area.

The large pool deck with southern exposure allows for plenty of space to relax in a comfortable lounge chair, play in the heated pool, or serve a delicious meal on the lanai. The pool and terrace are fully enclosed with a pool cage and the pool has a sun deck for those who prefer to sunbath in the water.

This home caters to all needs. The lanai is equipped with a grill and a large table with plenty of seating if you want to grill a quiet meal at home. Or you may prefer to enjoy a delicious meal out at one of the many amazing nearby restaurants.

This is a beautiful home that offers 2,003 SF of living space and comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 people. It has 4 Bedrooms (2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed plus a Den with a Trundle Daybed that can accommodate 2 additional people). For those that want to do a little work, there is a desk in the Den and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The master suite has direct pool access, a king size bed, large walk-in shower, double vanities and a walk in closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed, third bedroom has a queen bed and the Den with a Trundle Daybed that can accommodate 2 additional people . The 2 bedrooms are located near the 2nd bathroom, and each has a flat screen TV and a large closet.

The large kitchen and dining areas were designed to accommodate your entertaining needs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The dining area comfortably seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with access to ice and filtered water through the refrigerator.

Guests will also have access to the garage which includes four bikes, one set of golf clubs, beach chairs, pickle ball set, coolers and some additional items for your convenience.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We ask that guests wash and dry the towels and return them to the linen closet before you leave.
All beds should be stripped, sheets and pillowcases put in the wash on the morning of departure.
Please place all dirty dishes into the dishwasher, and the dishwasher is started prior to departure. Any remaining food items should be removed from the cabinets and refrigerator prior to check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
