Heated pool no added charge for electricity. Complete remodel completed in March 2023. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath, heated pool with free standing hot tub home is suited for a great family vacation. Enjoy, sunbathing on the lanai, while taking a dip in the heated pool. Relax & unwind in the Jacuzzi/hot tub. Have your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine down at the dock, and embrace the nature of sea life in the canal. 5 min. drive will take you to the local beach, Cape Coral Yacht Club on the Caloosahatchee River, Fort Myers beach is a 15 minute drive or boat ride away. A five minute drive will get you to Downtown Cape Coral with many restaurants to choose from. Boat lift is available for your boat or a rented one with fresh water at the dock. Feels Like Home
We stayed here for a baseball tournament over Labor Day weekend and everything was perfect. The house is nicely appointed with all the comforts that make it feel like home. We really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Our host, Kathleen, was very friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated the pet-friendly policy and will definitely be back in the future.

We loved the home! It was the perfect size for the 4 of us and we all had our own rooms. The home is decorated beautifully. We loved the pool and hot tub. Communication with the host was great. This was our 2nd time to the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area and we will definitely be back!

The property was as described. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and patio. We were really thankful to be able to use the boat lift as we rented a boat from speed dock for 4 days. We had good weather albeit very hot and got to go fishing and sightseeing a good amount. Water pressure was great and all the cooking utensils you needed were there. There was even extra stuff for our dogs. Only thing we can complain about was not all the rooms cooled down but it was extremely hot this week so that is understandable.

The property is newly renovated and you can tell right when you walk in. It's beautiful! The house has all the amenities you think you'll need and then some. Kathy, the owner, was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. I really cannot say anything bad about this property. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely love to come back!

Cozy home. Spotlessly clean and has everything you would need .Pool was very private and a perfect lanai to cover from the sun but still enjoy the outdoors. TV's everywhere :-) Close to beaches and an abundance of restaurants. Definitely a 5 star stay. Stop looking and book this beautiful home...you won't be dis-appointed.
