If you enjoy boating inquire about usage of the dock and boat lift, we have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Located on a canal in a peaceful neighborhood, this home is just minutes from local dining and vibrant entertainment. Whether you're here for a family vacation or a romantic escape, our Cape Coral retreat promises comfort, convenience and a touch of paradise. Cape Coral is a short drive from Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands and 19 miles to Fort Myers Airport (RSW). Pet-friendly with an additional fee, and guests must be 21 years or older to rent.
For your safety and security, our property is equipped with two exterior security cameras: one above the garage with a motion-activated light and one overlooking the pool and backyard. Terrific house

We loved our time at this house in Cape Coral! Everything was updated, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Loved the multiple TV, watching spots and the tiki hut on the water. Will definitely be back!
