Villa Paradisio - Located less than 500 yards from the Stonis Park, Restaurants, Tennis Courts, and the playground, Villa Paradiso offers an ideal location and has everything you could ever dream of for a relaxing Florida vacation. The 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - including one with convenient pool access, provide plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everyone. This house offers a king sized bed in the primary room, a queen sized bed in one room, 2 double beds in another guest room and a bunk bed with double beds in the final bedroom.

The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking supplies you'll need to prepare gourmet meals at home. For bbq lovers, our outdoor kitchen offers everything a true chef would look for plus the view. If you prefer to dine out, there are countless eateries to please any palate located just a few minutes away.

The villa's lanai offers a breathtaking view, ensuring plentiful sunshine for idyllic days of lounging by the pool or soaking in the spa. Bring your boat or rent one of ours to keep on your backyard dock. Enjoy world-class fishing or cruising on the sparkling gulf waters. Your perfect tropical vacation home awaits!

The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 30min beautiful boat route to the Matlacha Isles which offers quick access to Gasparilla Island, Cayo Costa and North Captiva Island. it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

Paradise indeed

6 lifelong girlfriends couldnt ask for a better place to celebrate our 60th together. Every amenity we could have wished for. Amazing place to gather. We enjoyed it immensely and cherish the addition to our life of friendship.

Wonderful!!!

This property is beautiful! My husband & I stayed here with our kids & both sets of grandparents. We were all in awe as we entered the home & walked out to the large outdoor patio area. The screened in pool over looking the canal is stunning! We spent the majority of our time out there & the kids never wanted to get out of the pool : ). Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable & the house is tastefully decorated & clean. There are a couple parks close by that we enjoyed walking to in the evening & located close to grocery store & other conveniences. Would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

I would avoid staying at this home and dealing with this Management Company. I certainly was not satisfied with our stay here. I have used VRBO on two other occasions and was extremely pleased with our stay but this stay was a big disappointment.

Family Vacation

The property is great…the management company, not so much. The check in process was very unprofessional. I asked for early check-in and was told it would cost $150 cash to accommodate this as they would have to pay for extra staff to come in and clean. We arrived an hour later than we said we would and the “one” cleaning person was still there. They didn’t have any supplies(including garbage bags). Outdoor TV didn’t work and we told the check-in person and they never got back to us with a solution. Ended up buying a Roku so we could watch NCAA Tournament outside. Overall the property was good…management company was marginal at best!

Escape from 'Spring' in WI

You walk into this house and it takes your breath away. The private outside living area with pool and spa, to the view of "lake" as the locals call it, was all so magical! Truly a perfect get away from our Springs here in southern WI-northern IL. It was everything we needed to make our stay just incredible! It was so perfect and very well stocked, we decided to cook dinner 2x during our stay! We didnt want to leave this beauty! Look forward to booking another stay in near future. Great Property!

The house was exactly as portrayed online. It was PERFECT for our family getaway. Great layout, clean, quiet neighborhood, easy access to all major routes, restaurants and shopping. We were all very pleased with the property and our experience there.
