Villa Citrus has Gulf access and you're only 15 minutes away from enjoying some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

The spacious lanai is the heart of the home, featuring a sparkling pool with electric heating, a relaxing hot tub, and a generous lounge and dining area. The pool area is open to the sky while the dining space is screened in for comfort. A gas BBQ grill is ready for outdoor meals.

Inside, the villa offers four beautifully furnished bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The master suite is located on the second for floor for complete privacy. Great location and potential, not very clean

The property was not clean when we arrived. There was broken furniture, dirty dishes in the cupboards and old food left out on the counters, and a dead snail in a bathroom that had stunk up the whole house. There was also what appeared to be dirty bedding in some of the rooms. We cleaned everything and carried on. The TVs also didn't work...a really nice guy came out but couldn't fix it and the property manager wasn't responsive, so we just adjusted our plans and it worked out. The property has a really great location and is a beautiful place with potential if these other small things are addressed. They were unnecessary annoyances that just put a damper on the overall experience.

Excellent Location | Great POOL

The location was perfect for us, rented a boat and had easy access to the Gulf, Marina with fuel conveniently located also. Loved the pool when we were not on the boat, and the fenced dock was perfect for fishing and lounging. House provided plenty of space for our family of 6 and we enjoyed the screened space for outdoor dinning. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept.

Beautiful view & home

Our stay here was wonderful! What a beautiful view & home. We rented a boat from Paradise Boat Rentals to keep at the home, which was very convenient. The pocket door to the 3 downstairs bedrooms was convenient for our friends. Communication with the company was great once we had the info - we didn’t have information on how to get in the home until we reached out about an hour before we were arriving to the home. There were minor things we ran into but the owner assisted right away - the pool valves were not set as the pictures were shown (someone had messed with the before our stay) so we had challenges getting the pool & spa going the first night; the pool light was out the entire time (hard to see at night), propane tanks for the gas grill were empty (we improvised & cooked our burgers on the stove instead). Overall we would recommend this home! It’s beautiful!

Family Thanksgiving

Our family enjoyed the spacious kitchen & family area. The screened porch, pool & hot tub added to the amenities. We also liked watching the boats, wave runners, & paddle boards on the canal. Sunrises & sunsets are visible from this location. I considered the property clean, but there were some neglected maintenance issues. Burnt out lightbulbs, dead plants & downstairs bathroom showed water damage. Only received 4 tv stations. Somewhat disappointing for a family that likes sports. Overall a great place & will consider renting again.

Quiet place

Had a group of 8 and had ample room. Kitchen was huge for lg meal food prep. Place was very clean. Neighborhood is mainly snowbirds and since this was out of season, it was very quiet. If you want a rowdy party atmosphere, this Neighborhood is not it. Had a dock so we brought our boat, but beware: due to City of Cape Coral regulations, you cannot leave your trailer in the driveway. And finding storage was very difficult. If we would be needing a lg house in the future, we'll be back.

Good but spending a few dollars on upgrades would help

Over all good but had to watch NBA PLAYOFFS on our PC’s the tv very small for today, it was as if this was good enough to say we have a tv Key lock malfunctioned but that was only a problem to start with. Me and my three sons did enjoy our stay overall but the Jacuzzi needs to be simplified, never did get it working even when the pool maintenance person tried to make it work

Love this area

Overall, we had a great stay, however, there were a few inconveniences. Not all outlets worked, specifically upstairs and downstairs bathroom. Also, it was a bit of a pain to have to turn the heater on the hot tub and then wait over an hour for it to heat up each time we wanted to use it. Also, the water level in it was constantly low. The upstairs bedroom balcony was not in the best condition and the tiling was missing. Location is great and in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of kitchen supplies and appliances to use, which was great for cooking often, especially our Christmas dinner.

Nice neighborhood, close to everything. We loved the pool and spa! Home was well stocked with towels and the open concept is great. The upper level has separate air conditioning unit which was very nice. We’d stay there again.

Disappointing

Quiet and friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants, walking distance to dog park and to Tarpon Point. Large deck with great views of the canal and sunsets but the layout is choppy where you need to climb the old seawall to get to the newer deck. The interior of the house needs updating and a thorough cleaning-including cookware and utensils. A good bit of time was spent arranging and being present for repairs (toilet, thermostat, garage door keypad, clogged dryer vent to name a few). No supplies in the house to address minor issues such as spare light bulbs or cleaning supplies (needed to request a broom!). I will say the property manager Nico was responsive to our calls but the need to address so many items on an ongoing basis was unacceptable. Don't know whether the issue lies with the quality of property management, cleaning services, or homeowner disconnect, but the result was a less than enjoyable renters experience.
