The pool and view were the best!!! We would highly recommend this property overall. As cooks, we would have liked a mixer, cookie sheet and more serving items. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our time there immensely.

Beautiful home in Cape Coral

Very nice home with all the extras. Location is very good as it is close to shopping and entertainment. Upscale neighborhood. Family had good times in the pool and hot tube. Beautiful sunsets. Sun on the pool area all afternoon. Home was well equipped. You have to meet with the property manager at check-in and again before check-out. Have to sign a document at beginning and end of stay with electrical meter readings. The property manager was nice and professional.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Rapa Nui in Cape Coral war einfach außergewöhnlich und hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert von der stilvollen Architektur, der hochwertigen Ausstattung und der Liebe zum Detail, die sich durch das gesamte Haus zieht. Es ist einfach ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, an dem sich unsere ganze Familie sofort zu Hause gefühlt hat. Die Villa ist nicht nur optisch ein Highlight, sondern überzeugt auch durch ihre perfekte Lage direkt am Wasser. Der traumhafte Ausblick, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang, sorgt jeden Tag aufs Neue für echte Urlaubsstimmung. Vor allem die springenden Fische von der Terrasse aus zu beobachten, fanden alle toll. Der großzügige Außenbereich mit Pool und gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten lädt zum Entspannen ein und bietet gleichzeitig genügend Platz für gemeinsame Stunden mit Familie oder Freunden. Auch im Inneren fehlt es an nichts: Die Räume sind modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Atmosphäre, die es ermöglicht, vollkommen abzuschalten und den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen. Der Service rund um die Buchung und Betreuung war ebenfalls erstklassig – freundlich, zuverlässig und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Hierfür möchte ich mich nochmals explizit bedanken. Wir können die Villa Rapa Nui uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein perfekter Ort!
