The Space

Our home is a spacious 3 bedroom waterfront home with a heated salt water pool and private dock. We welcome you to come and stay at beautiful Cape Coral Florida. All families with children and infants as well as other travelers from around the world are welcome to our home. Our home has all new furniture, bedding, towels, pool furniture:EVERYTHING IS NEW. We will endeavor to make your stay with us a special vacation. We offer luxury stays in our space from 7 -180 days. We have Direct TV , high speed internet, board games, formal dining room, separate den/ dining room with views of the pool and canal , 2 full baths, large utility room with new full washer and dryer, a corner lot that ends at the canal and a quiet upscale neighborhood. A large immaculately kept yard is also at your disposable and for your use.

Guest Access

A a guest you have complete access to our home. We have 3 spacious bedrooms with walk in closets; access to the pool, lanai and dock from 2 bedrooms with pocket sliding doors that also allow access from the living room and dining room off of the kitchen. There is an oversized 2 car garage for plenty of access for rental vehicles.

Interaction with Guests

We are available for our guest and available to help in any way that we can with restaurant information, boat rental info, beach info, and general information as it regards the Fort Myers/Cape Coral areas or other others our guest might be interested in.

The Neighborhood

Our neighborhood consist of other upscale people who love and take great care of their property with a lot of pride. This is a waterfront canal neighborhood of people who love the water and also their animals. Our neighbors are out walking there wonderful dogs in the morning and evenings. We are adjacent to the main canal that leads to the main access to the river that leads into the Gulf. In season there is boat traffic on this main canal that is visible from our home, but does not interfere with anything you might want to do on the dock or lanai.

Getting Around

Our home is very near restaurants, wonderful parks, and not far from the Fort Myers Beach. We have access to the Mid Point Bridge leading to Forth Myers which is 2 minutes by car or the lower Cape Coral Bridge which is 10 minutes by car. Great Location!!!!!!

Other Things to Note

The great weather would be a note to our guest. In the fall, summer and spring there is low humidity, warm weather with a lot of sunshine in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area of Florida on the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast!!!!! If you are interested in renting a boat for part or all of your stay, there are numerous boat rentals available within 20 minutes of our property
