Villagoona max occupancy is 8 people and offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, office, living room and the leisure room with table football and pool table. Guests will enjoy 1 Master and 1 Junior suite and 2 additional bedrooms. Both suites have private bathrooms and a walk in closet. The third bathroom is also accessible from the pool/patio. The spacious, typical American kitchen offers 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators and separate wine fridge. The luxurious modern decor will make your stay at Villagoona like a vacation in a 5 star hotel. The oversized, covered pool area in a quiet location offers an exceptional designer pool with "infinity edge" and pool mosaics to discover for little adventurers. Our large pool/patio area and boat dock (600 sqm / 6450 square feet) with its partially covered patio (fans at ceiling) and pool area is the ideal place to enjoy your vacation. Being the absolute highlight of the Villa, the heated saltwater pool offers an integrated flat zone for kids with integrated waterfall and fountains and a separate heavenly Jacuzzi. Enjoy amazing sunrises outside at the dock area, breakfast on the patio while watching boats passing by at the canal and a BBQ in the evening.
The Villa is equipped with free high speed internet access, alarm system, Bluetooth speaker, 7 large screen TV, 1 outside TV 6 Roku Sticks (to enjoy your streaming subscriptions) and a Blue-Ray-Player.
Next to a private pool, the house has a boat dock with electric boat lift (on request). Due to the exposed location on the 90' wide Lido Canal you will have access in a few minutes to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico/America, dreamlike islands like Sanibel are easily accessible.

A boat can be rented for a fee at a local boat rental. Please ask us if you need support to rent a boat. Watch the dolphins play and observe Florida's wildlife at its best!
Visit the white beaches of Sanibel Islands, North Captiva, Cayo Costa and Cabbage Key (some of them can only be reached by boat). Try fresh food offered in the Island Restaurants or do your grocery shopping at the local farmer's market (Wed / Sat).
