Great Stay

I have no complaints. It was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The refrigerator was a nice size. They stocked the rooms with a few dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, coffee K cups, etc. They supplied you with a lot of toiletries and and towels, etc. There was plenty of closet and drawer space. I noticed they wiped the outside furniture clean often. They took umbrellas and chairs to the beach. They had a van to take you places on the island. Parking spaces provided were under cover. Right behind the hotel was free street parking if the under cover spaces were full. Desk folks were kind and pleasant. Workers were happy to help you when needed. I’m sure I may be forgetting things, but a great stay..would return.

How clean everything was every day they’re cleaning the elevator. Everything looked great. Our room was always very clean The front desk people were very polite. The pool was very clean. Couldn’t ask a better vacation spot we shall return.

Great location close to the beach. Walkable to nearby restaurants. Shuttle is convenient for further locations. Staff is super friedndly and helpful. Only small complaint is the ac unit was particularly loud and could probably use an update.

I’m very happy and appreciative of the staff at Icona. I had an A/C issue with our room which certainly wasn’t enjoyable but the nice ladies at the front desk were very understanding of my frustration and went all out to make sure we had an enjoyable stay by switching our room and in the process gave us a wonderful upgraded suite! Thanks for making sure we had a great stay and sorry it took so long for me to write this review!

Our stay was pleasant. We spent two nights and three days on property. Excellent service, quiet, clean, and beach service was great. The hotel provides umbrella, chairs, and towels. Hotel is directly across the street from the beach. Although all restaurants are walkable, there is no restaurant or food on site.

A little walk to Washington Street, but the shuttle was such a great help. Not only is it across the street from the beach, but they have complimentary chair and and umbrella service! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it was truly a great experience and I would definitely return.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Nice location. The beach was right across the street, and the hotel staff would set up umbrellas and chairs for us.
