This well-equipped home has a large, modern kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooking and ample stone bench tops. Open plan living and dining areas are serviced by split system heating and cooling and provide the perfect place to unwind.
The spacious adjoining balcony also allows guests to relax taking in the stunning sea views whilst reading a book or having a glass of wine!
The property also comprises four bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, a family bathroom and convenient separate laundry complete with a washer and dryer.
Parking is also provided in the driveway and an arcade basketball hoop is in the downstairs living area to keep the kids happy!
The garage is not available for guests.

Great location but a bit tired
Staying across the road from the beach is fabulous but the house is in need of some tlc, whilst generally clean the big glass windows looking out to either deck were very dirty. The actual decking is badly in need of care and there are a few nails sticking up.
The main oven didn’t work and there was no gas for the bbq. We were told to get a refill and would be refunded but being the public holiday we didn’t bother. Otherwise it is a spacious house with plenty of room and an extra downstairs room with a desk and tv.
We loved the location near the main beach and an easy walk to the surf beach and shops but you could probably find better value elsewhere
