A beautifully updated and impeccably clean studio apartment in a prime Cape Town location -- nestled between the Sea Point/Mouille Point ocean promenade the the beautiful Green Point Park. Plus, only a short distance to the Waterfront, with many other amenities (shops, restaurants, cafes) in walking distance. A great find.
