The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. Memory, the housekeeper, is also exceptional. So friendly and warm, she made my stay so much better. However, the management company who manage the property are a shambles and should not be in business. They bombard you with messages, often repetitive but you respond or have a query they either don’t bother getting back to you or say they will and don’t, leaving you having to chase multiple times. Everything is an uphill battle with them and they made my stay quite stressful which was not appreciated. They resolved none of my queries and did absolutely nothing to find a resolution. As an example, I requested a late check out and they said no as there was another booking right after mine which I later found out was not true. Really unprofessional and despite liking the property, I would not book again whilst NOX is managing it.
