Tucked away on a tree-lined road in vibrant Claremont; one of the best things about our home is that it is situated in a busy pedestrian area so you can safely walk around our neighbourhood.

All the rooms face onto a lush garden courtyard, so the house is flooded with natural light and greenery.
The house has great flow from inside to outside and is ideal for entertaining.
There is a Weber BBQ/braai available for those who would like to braai outside.

Electric fencing around the perimeter of the property and internal sensors and beams, to ensure optimal security.

Bedroom Two: Queen sized bed.
Bedroom Three: Double bed.

Full games cupboard, adults games in there too.
There is a park just a few meters down the road.

We are flexible with regards to check-in and check-out times unless there are same day bookings, which we try to avoid. Let us know your plans and we will try to accommodate them to the best of our abilities.

Neighborhood overview:
Claremont is known as The Heart of Cape Town.
It is a large leafy suburb with a host of great shops and restaurants.
Newlands Stadium is within walking distance.
Claremont has a good dose of students due to it's proximity to the University of Cape Town and a lots of families due to it being in an area with good schools. Young and Fun!
Other things to note:
Cape Town is a driving city.
Public transport is limited.
You will have to travel by car/Uber to most of Cape Towns attractions, no matter where you stay, as they are all quite spread out.
Uber is a safe and reliable way of getting around in Cape Town.
