Cosy Stay

Jacqueline was a lovely host, our stay was very nice though at a different property than the one we booked, as the current property was under maintenance. Our host was very accomodating and communicated the changes in advance.

Worse than terrible

The owner Jacquline wasn't there to let us in. Nor was there a soul at the building to help us. After trying to reach her for 2 hours ahe said she was out shopping and didn't have her phone with her. After 30 hours of transit and two kids in the car on xmas eve I had to boom somewhere else, And Jacqueline steadfastly refused to refund me. Avoid.
