Pros: We were taken aback when I announced to the doorman, after 36 hrs flying from home, & on entrance they announced us by name & gong & staff clapped
Cons: Roof top bar was closed for a birthday. We sat at the roof top bar anyway & enjoyed the excellent singing & Gay birthday/engagement party. It was fun!
Location: Wonderful
Facilities: Top of the line; Value: Great deal; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Gleaming; Our room had a view of Cape Town's Signal Hill.

Pros: The welcome, service and being treated like a "full fare" customer.
Cons: Nothing ... when I needed a hair dryer, it arrived in my room within 1/2 hour, same when I needed room service a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine !

Facilities: Top of the line, State of the art, Outstanding; Value: Bargain, Fantastic, Amazing, Best ever experienced; Service: Remarkable, Phenomenal, Outstanding, faultless; Cleanliness: Spotless, Gleaming, Beautiful, luxury all the way; Never thought I could afford such a luxury hotel - It was wonderful and made the final 4 days of my South African Holiday in Cape Town exceptional !!

Pros: The helpfulness of the staff in a variety of ways from ordering taxis to the best way to go to Stellenbosh
Cons: Housekeeping was a bit haphazard with a big towel one day and not the next and the coffee not replenished
A great location with 2 bed bath and kitchen suites well decked out at. Reasonable prices
