Matress in room 7, i think it is time to replace it. Nice that so many shops are within walking distance. Very quiet neighbourhood. Will return again. Friendly staff.

Rummet mycket fint! WiFi fungerade inte i sviten som skulle vara det bästa rummet. Fungerade utmärkt i övriga allmänna utrymmen. Innebar att man var tvungen att sitta i köket och arbeta. Altanen utanför rummet gick inte att använda, inga utemöbler, flera luftpumpar som väsnades och utsikt rätt in i en mur. Övrig utemiljö mycket trevlig! Fin pool men dammsugaren låg i dagligen. En missräkning var att man inte kunde köpa frukost vilket är angivet i beskrivningen. Störigt att städarna skulle städa köket precis när vi skulle äta vår inköpta frukost i det gemensamma köket. Bra att man kunde använda kylen i köket till egen inhandlad frukost.

I was not welcomed in a very friendly manner. Was questioned a lot about my booking and I actually wanted to leave immediately as I felt very unwelcome. I really felt like an intruder. The lady only showed me our room. Did not explained anything else to us. My husband had to asked the guy who worked there how things worked and he showed him around the place. The next morning she was a bit friendlier. I booked a family room and I was told by the lady that "she will give us the family room as there is no one in" otherwise she will give us a standard room for a family of 4?Otherwise the place is stunning and I really would like to return there for my anniversary.

Beautiful hotel but shocking staff

The hotel is beautiful and is really an upmarket house that has allowed guests and visitors to stay with them. Rooms are spacious and well finished with all the amenities you can ask for (small fridge/ satellite TV, safe , large comfortable bed). This particular accommodation would be incredible if the staff were trained better and didn't treat the guests like strangers in the house. We arrived, were questioned on arrival and had to wait about 20 minutes even after checking in after 2pm and lugging our baggage around (no word on can we help or anything - usually we we manage but its the thought that counts) Upon arrival into the room - there is no booklet or information pamphlet to introduce the hotel or give any details - only later on in the evening did i walk down stairs to ask about the WIFI - breakfast situation and how things work - again I was greeted in strange manner and as the owners friends continued to watch TV and laugh and carry on - really not pleasant. We had a wonderful sleep and enjoyed ourselves, breakfast was the biggest surprise of all - we walked down stairs to find one of the employees friends sitting where our breakfast was laid out, when she noticed us she quickly jumped up leaving her juice and food at our table and went to watch TV right by the table - breakfast was simple but nice -continental style, the layout is awkward though and the staff really do make you feel like you have invaded the house and are not welcoming at all -I dont recommend
