Opportunity to be a much better stay.

Location is really good. However the flat it self is not well maintained. The fridge wasn’t working. Tv is damaged Half the blinds dont work Kitchen and bedroom plugs faulty 1 of the room lights not working 1 light hanging out of it’s socket in the lounge. Windowsills in lounge extremely dusty and dirty. The security gate key is half a key, which makes it very difficult to lock and unlock the gate. House keeping rocked up Sunday for the first time, I requested for him to come back after load-shedding and didn’t end up returning. Most of the issues has been highlighted to the reception ext number, I was informed that they will send out a maintenance person the Saturday to attend to the highlighted issues, with no show or further communication. Pity I didn’t take more pictures.

Worst experience ever

It was the worst stay I had from Hotels.com ever. There was no communication, number given at hotels.com was incorrect. No one was there to receive us and security was not aware of our arrival. It took us 2 hours after midnight to find agent and get the keys to property. On top of that it was double booked, some other group also had the keys and entered the property at 3:30AM. Worst experience ever.
