The lower level features a chic lounge, dining, and entertainment area that opens onto a sprawling terrace with wooden decking and a rim-flow swimming pool, creating an illusion of merging with the distant ocean. The expansive, open-plan entertainment area is adorned with plush couches, a flat-screen television, and air-conditioning, while the outdoor lounge on the deck is perfect for enjoying sundowners.



A fully-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen in sophisticated shades of white and charcoal includes a sleek breakfast bar and top-of-the-line appliances. The kitchen flows into the open-plan dining room, accommodating up to eight guests, adjacent to a beautifully furnished lounge with sumptuous couches, armchairs, and spectacular ocean views. **Please note: The parking garage has a short but steep incline to access the garage, which is not suitable for low profile cars. The houseman lives on-site.

This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping services on request, and hotel grade amenities.
