Centrally located near Bishopscourt Village and Newlands. walking distance to Cavendish Square Shopping Mall, Restaurants, Coffee shops and the Vinyard Hotel gardens.

Secure parking for 2 cars behind automatic gates, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned lounge, dining area, washer, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and UPS.

Outdoors - BBQ, relaxing hanging chairs and outdoor pool area to enjoy. The outdoor area is completely fenced.
