The property was very clean and secure. You need a key tag to enter after closing. There were also shop and restaurants attached to the property for easy convenience. Over all it was a great stay and an affordable price

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Lage in Sea Point war perfekt. Man hat sich jederzeit sicher gefühlt – das Tor wird abends geschlossen, und man kann mit einem eigenen Code hineingehen. Außerdem ist rund um die Uhr ein Wachmann vor Ort. Die schöne Promenade liegt direkt daneben, und es gibt viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto (z. B. über Bolt) ist man schnell an der Waterfront oder bei anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Gegend ist gehoben, daher sind die Restaurants und Geschäfte deutlich teurer als in anderen Vierteln. Das Personal (besonders Dee und Liziwe) war unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer gut gelaunt – vielen Dank nochmal für die tolle Betreuung! Das Hotel ist noch nicht einmal ein Jahr alt, daher ist alles sehr modern, neuwertig und sauber. Auf dem Dach gibt es einen kleinen Pool mit vier Liegen – mehr Platz gibt es dort allerdings nicht. Unser Apartment war wirklich schön, hell und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Wegen “Überbuchung” musste ich das Zimmer nach der ersten Nacht wechseln und es gab keine Preisreduzierung deswegen. Im 2. Zimmer war der Kühlschrank direkt am Bett deutlich lauter als normal. Staff aber super freundlich

Das Zimmer lies nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und man hat sich im Gebäude sehr sicher gefühlt.

Etablissement très bien situé. Chambre propre, très agréable, décoration très sympa. Surface parfaite pour 2. Personnel souriant, très attentif et propose toujours une solution si un problème ne peut être immédiatement résolu. Très bon séjour dans cet établissement.
