Lark House, Peaceful Mountain Home with Amazing Ocean Views
Lark House holiday home is set against the mountain, and coupled with the stunning vistas over False Bay, it's the perfect getaway. The house has a natural fynbos garden with direct access to hiking trails which form a part of the Table Mountain National Park, a world heritage site.
Enjoy whale-watching (in season) from the decks or visit the beaches close by. Lark House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to several tourist attractions. Our house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people (max. 6 adults).
Lark House boasts three decks, a lower deck with braai (BBQ) and picnic bench and an upper deck with outdoor seating, both with great views over the ocean. The secluded third deck has beautiful garden and mountain views.
The house also has private parking, two smart TVs (with access to Netflix, YouTube etc.), board games and inclusive WIFI. Our power backup battery makes sure the lights, Wi-Fi and TV will stay on during power outages. We have two bedrooms downstairs and a spacious loft area upstairs with two single beds and one double bed, which is especially ideal for families with children.

Great owner to work with
Visiting from the USA to see family and to check off a bucket list item.
Owner was great. Late flight and they let our family pick up the key so we wpuldnt have to bother them so laye.
Power went out and back up did not switch on. They brought flashlights dow and took the ols ones back to recharge.
Beautiful place and of we ever go back would definitely book here again.
Only downfall if the driveway but we figured it out.

David was super friendly and helpful. The Lark House is lovely, well stocked with all essentials. Incredible view of False Bay and easy access to Simons Town, an hour of Cape Town. Comfortable, safe, spacious for our group of six.

Perfect for families!
Our stay was truly wonderful! It was very comfortable to stay with kids. The owners have thought through all the details of families traveling with kids. They have a high chair, kids' plates, games, etc. It is those little things that make a huge difference and so much better than a hotel. The owners were accommodating and extremely supportive during our stay.
