It was not clean and the room and bathroom was tiny. The bed was not comfortable. Checked in and out the same day and they refused to refund my money. The location is great but the facility isn’t. I wouldn’t book it.

Appalled by cleanliness

Booked a family room (paid extra) - (with mountain view) online,given a room with no view. Worse off,the toilet pan had urine stains.grime on cupboard handles.Insisted on a room change- which they complied- 2nd room- Toilet also dirty!Carpets in common areas-dirty!hotel needs a overall upgrade!

The staff is amazing and lovely, which makes everything else worth it. The room was a bit worn and rundown, but clean. The AC was broken and the toilet seat wasn’t properly attached, but the location is great and its fine for a night. Not wheel chair accessible at all and breakfast is quite pricey.

Comfortable hotel.

This hotel has recently been updated, although you can see the old structure of the room ie some of the wooden furniture is a bit outdated. The shower room is new and pristine.
