Rafters Cottage (No Loadshedding) fully equipped garden cottage with parking

The cottage has solar panels and is therefore not affected by the Countries load-shedding.
It has an open-plan layout with a fully fitted kitchen, DSTV, Wi-Fi, a private courtyard with braai / barbeque facilities and access to a shared pool.
Swimming towels are provided in the cottage for your convenience.

The bedroom hosts a queen size bed with luxury linen and has lots of cupboard space to accommodate long stays.
There is a large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower (which is also wheelchair accessible) and we supply towels and all the little luxuries you might need during your overnight stay.
There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge that can accommodate 2 children comfortably or an additional adult.

Guests have their own allocated parking bay behind a secure gate.

The cottage is situated in a quiet suburb, close to public transport and major hospitals such as Constantiaberg Medi Clinic, Kingsbury, Tokai Melomed and Groote Schuur.
We are 5 minutes from Royal Cape Golf Course and very close to other popular golf courses such as Westlake and Rondebosch.
Situated 10 minutes from the popular Constantia Wine Route and 20 minutes from the V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain or you could take a 30/40 minute drive down to Boulders Beach to visit the world famous Penguins before travelling further to the Cape of Good Hope.
We are close to most of the popular beaches, one of which is Fish Hoek Beach who recently got their Blue Flag status.
