Great stay at TAJ Cape Town

My stay at the Taj Cape Town overall was great from the moment that you walk in the customer service at the front desk was awesome. Shoutout out to Zim. She was amazing from beginning to start appreciate the complementary bottle of wine sent to my room majority of all the people there were very friendly, very kind and very supportive. They were some miscommunications with some of people there in some parts where they don’t communicate to each other and things sometimes got a little bit out of hand, but overall customer service there was very good comfortable bed rooms were cleaned. The food was great right in the city center, no parking. Transportation for concierge service is a little expensive. But one or two days they try to accommodate me so I do appreciate that, but they made it feel special certain days for my birthday and they were very attentive to all the tours and events and dining that I had to do, they really made me feel great. Shout out to Taariq the best concierge that you can ever think of. He was amazing followed by Kevin and Dani awesome job. Not forget Primrose and so much more. There was so many names that made my trip feel so special from the dining area all the way to the top thank you guys for everything. I will never forget the experience everything that I told that they could do better on they worked on the rooms were a little outdated, but they were on it right away. We make sure it’s getting fixed so maintenance. Did an awesome job

If you are going to stay in Capetown, most definitely stay here! They have the most amazing staff , totally spotless accommodation in the most beautiful building within walking distance of Company Gardens, Bo Kaap, Kloof and long streets. The Waterfront is also within walking distance of around 25 mins. The breakfast is outstanding as is the food in the on site restaurant Bombay Brasserie. The bar is well stocked and the cocktails are gorgeous. The staff cannot do enough for you and always with a smile. This was a last minute booking as another hotel that I had booked 6 months previously let us down at the very last minute and 2 days before our departure from the UK and my birthday. The hotel surprised us with sweet treats and champagne and arranged for flowers and balloons to be delivered to our gorgeous suite. I am so grateful now that the other hotel cancelled and I was able to celebrate my birthday staying at the Taj instead. We will most definitely be returning next year.

Beautiful stay

Stay was beautiful and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was good as well as the club lounge. Just that the first room we were given had squeaky floors but we swere quickly given another room

The customer service beyond everything was impeccable- Frank, Andile and Felicia in the restaurant were absolutely phenomenal. The turn down service was a luxurious touch.

Amazing stay and Value for money

Very nice 5 star hotel. The mint restaurant was amazing. All the staff from valet, front desk and especially the restaurant were very friendly. Had an amazing dinner and wine at the Mint restaurant. They made fresh naan bread outside which was the best Naan I’ve ever had. Rooms are spacious and clean. Valet staff were very helpful and retrieved our vehicle quickly each time, the valet manager was on top of it each time. This hotel is very well worth the price.

Do not hesitate to book your stay at the Taj! I was pleasantly surprised the service was excellent! The attention to detail was impeccable. The food was Absolutely fantastic. I will be booking my next stay soon!
